When it comes to age, there are no boundaries for a speed skater. They all share a basic goal that is to race hard and as fast as they can. Our dedicated coaches teach the basic fundamentals of inline skating to the more advanced skills that will win you races. In addition to winning races, they teach the importance of direction, persistence, organization and above all else, the importance of good sportsmanship. Because of this, our skaters take pride in training themselves well enough to turn in record breaking performances at meets, regionals and even at the national and outdoor levels. For both the skater and the spectator, nothing can be more exciting than watching the skater's race and cross the finish line. We, as Texas Skatium Speed Skaters, parents and other family members, strive for the importance to maintain a strong "family" environment wherever we are.
